Step up your grill game


Jennie's Favourite Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients:
1 can of low-salt black beans, rinsed then mashed
1 egg, whisked
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 green bell pepper minced
1/2 onion minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup mashed sweet potato
2 carrots , peeled, chopped, diced and minced

Method:
1) Combine all ingredients into hamburger-like patties.
2) Grill for 5-10 minutes on each side.
3) Enjoy!
